She is a former insurance agency owner and top sales producer, where she started The Adetunji Group, which has now evolved to provide coaching, consulting, and training services.
She has served as a Chamber Ambassador and on the Chairman's Circle for the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce. Tijuanna is a veteran of the US Army Reserves, where she served during Desert Storm in Ft. Benning, GA. She serves as Commissioner for Alabama Public Television 2nd Congressional District and is a graduate of Liberty University with a Masters's in Public Policy.

After I forgave and let go, I was able to grow and help others. Amazingly, the story that hurt me the most became my greatest passion.
Tijuanna had her first child at age 19 as a single mother. She experienced hard times and for a while received welfare. Today Tijuanna encourages women in public housing to become homeowners.
These students were a part of domestic violence awareness campaign. I watched my Mother endure abusive relationships as a child. My desire to help children avoid and overcome such tragedies pushed me share my story.
